The Loc An Seawall

The Loc An rocky seawall and beach are adjacent, about 300m from the national highway. The seawall, approximately 1km long, runs along the coastline and is constructed of concrete. From the seawall, visitors can admire the panoramic view of Phuoc Hai Sea, with its shimmering blue waves. In the distance, the cool green coconut palms and local fishing boats create a serene natural landscape.

Loc An’s Local Scene with Colorful Boats

Here, visitors can enjoy local specialties such as sour soup with loach fish, Loc An fish salad, or locally distilled rice wine. Additionally, visitors can explore the path to the longan orchards and cassava fields within the residential area, about 1km from the beach, for an enriching experience. More interestingly, cassava is a specialty of Dat Do district, a key ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine, and is processed by locals into various dishes such as cassava porridge or cassava soup with simmered bones, which are beneficial for health.
